“This is an original UNIQUE book” says the cover under the blurb that promises “GAY TIMES IN GREENWICH VILLAGE,” the “pervert capital of the world,”  along with pot parties, “an occasional queenie,” “boy hustlers,” “gay junkies,” “a sadistic queen” and an artist who specializes in “special types” of paintings and “SATAN WITH A BABY FACE AND A REEFER!”

And that's is just the front cover blurb. The back cover touts butch guys, “swishes,” “old swishes” a.k.a. “the aunties,” “young studs” and “lives as raw as whiplash.” The front-cover illustration features pretty much all of it: The fellow at the lower right is smoking a joint and, moving counter clockwise, there's shirtless blond in the leather jacket. the older fellow in the center (note his grey hair), and the hot young guy in a jock strap, perched on the back of the couch. The three who aren’t toking are drinking; leather jacket-guy is slugging straight from the bottle. Just another night in “the pervert” capital of the world,” per the first line of the text that starts below jock-strap-guy’s knee reads.
